- Select Settings >Voice > “Ok Google” Detection.
- Make sure “From Google Search app” and “From any screen” are both toggled ON.
- Go back <- into Voice and make sure Language is set to English (US).

To reset network settings on Moto E, access the apps screen and go to Settings > System. Select Advanced > Reset Options. Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth. Select Reset Settings. Enter the PIN, password or pattern if asked. Touch Reset Settings again to confirm.
