If you are having issues with your Moto G smartphone, one of the solutions you can try is to force your Moto G to factory reset. This should only be done if you do not have access to your device and you’ve tried all other solutions. It is strongly advised to backup your device first if you are able to as this procedure deletes all data on your device and restores it to its original factory settings.

    • Tap Settings.
    • Tap Backup & reset.
    • Tap Factory data reset.
    • If your Moto G is password protected, you’ll be prompted to enter your Pattern, PIN, or Password.
