How To Fix Apple iPhone 11 Network Issue

First solution: Perform the Forced Restart

It’s a simulated battery removal that refreshes your device’s memory and reload its apps and services. Here’s how it’s done: 

  1. Quickly press and release the Volume Up button, and then the Volume Down button.
  2. The moment you release the volume down button, press and hold the Side or Power key for 15 seconds or until the Apple logo shows on the screen. 

Once your iPhone has successfully rebooted, continue using it as you normally do to know if it still keeps losing signal. If it still does, then move on to the next solution.

Second solution: Reset the network settings of your iPhone 11

Most of the time, if a network issue occurs without apparent reason or cause, some of the network services in your phone may have crashed or stopped working. You need to refresh those services by simply resetting all the network settings. Don’t worry, this procedure won’t delete any of your files and data. Here’s how it’s done:

  2. Tap General. 
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and then touch Reset. 
  4. Touch Reset Network Settings. 
  5. If prompted, enter your security lock. 
  6. Tap Reset Network Settings at the bottom of the screen. 

Your iPhone will reboot after this, once it has finished rebooting, try to see if the problem is fixed. If your device still keeps losing signal after this, then try the next solution.

Third solution: Factory reset your iPhone that keeps losing signal

At this point, a factory reset would be necessary. This will rule out the possibility that this is just one of those firmware issues that affected some services. This is also your last resort and if your iPhone still keeps losing signal after this, then you should have it checked. 

But prior to the reset, make sure to backup your important files and data so that you won’t lose any of your files. After the backup, follow these steps to reset your iPhone:

  2. Find and tap General. 
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and then touch Reset. 
  4. Tap Erase All Contents and Settings. 
  5. Tap Erase Now. 
  6. If prompted, enter your security lock. 
  7. Tap Erase iPhone at the bottom of the screen.  
  8. Tap Erase iPhone again to proceed.  
  9. Now enter your Apple ID password, and then tap Erase to proceed with the reset. 
  10. Wait until your iPhone has finished the reset, and then set it up as a new device. 

After doing the reset, try to see if your iPhone 11 still keeps losing signal because if it does, then you should set up an appointment at the Genius Bar so that an Apple tech can check the device for you.
