How to Schedule a Zoom Meeting on iPhone

  1. Launch the Zoom app on your iPhone device.

    Swipe left or right on your Home screen to find the app.


  2. Tap the Schedule option.

     This can be found on the Meet & Chat home page.


  3. Enter the meeting name, date and time, and the duration. Then tap Done.

    The Done button is located at the upper-right hand corner of the screen.

Note that the Zoom basic plan only has a 40-minute meeting time limit with 3 or more participants. If you need more time for your meeting session, then you need to upgrade to their premium plans. They also offer optional add-on plans which you can add on top of your chosen premium plan.
