Aside from other phone numbers, you can also add a photo, address, birthdate, relationship, and notes. All these can be added while editing a saved contact on your device.

You can use the same steps if you wish to add another unknown or unsaved missed call to your phone’s contacts list.

Contacts in Android devices are usually saved in the internal storage but can also be stored in a specific directory or directly to the SIM.

Saving contacts directly to the SIM can benefit in terms of saving time copying or transferring contacts to another device. This is because you can just take out your SIM, insert it into your new phone and there you’ll have instant access to all your contacts.

The main downside however is that not all phones support the same SIM card type, hence there’s a tendency that you cannot use the same SIM card on a certain device. Another downside is that contacts saved on the SIM card aren’t backed-up, thus there’s a higher risk of losing the contacts information permanently when the device is lost or damaged.

To view the list of all saved contacts on your phone, just launch the Contacts app then access its menu to find the option to display contacts.

Recently added contacts can be filtered by date. To do this, you also need to open the Contacts app then navigate to the Recently Added People section. From there you should see the date each contact was added.
