If you have no service on your LG G2 smartphone, this will render you unable to place or receive calls and text messages. Here are the steps you can take to fix this issue:
- Turn your smartphone completely off, then turn it back on.
- Go to Settings > Tethering & Networks > Mobile Networks
Tap on Network Mode and make sure the auto-connect option is selected (GSM/WCDMA/LTE)
Then select Network operators and tap Search Networks
Once the search is complete, select your Carrier.
- If you are unable to connect to your Carrier, you can try performing a factory reset of your device by going into Settings > Backup & reset (General tab) > Factory data reset
Note: Make sure to save your photos and contacts as this will erase all your data from your LG G2
- If the problem persists, contact your network provider as you may need to replace your SIM card or have your phone replaced
