How to Manage Lock Screen Notifications on Galaxy Z Flip4
This post will walk you through configuring the Galaxy Z Flip 4’s lock screen settings to make notifications behave according to your preference. Here’s a quick guide to manage lock screen notifications on Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4.
- Notification style – This option allows you to choose between Icons only or Details. Icons only show notifications in the form of icons while Details shows more information about them. You can also adjust the notifications’ transparency and auto-reverse their text color if needed.
- Transparency – This option allows you to adjust the transparency of the phone’s lock screen wallpaper behind the notification. Just drag the slider left or right to meet your desired output.
- Auto-reverse text color – Enabling this option prompts the device to automatically adjust the color of the notification text to ensure readability against the background.
- Hide content – This feature allows you to hide notification content in the notification panel. This may come in handy if you don’t want others to read any notifications you receive.
- Notifications to show – This option allows you to choose either Alert and silent notifications or Alert notifications only.
- Show on Always on Display – This option lets you show or hide notifications with Always On Display (AOD) enabled on your phone. This option won’t take effect when your phone is on power saving mode as AOD automatically disabled with power saving enabled.
Notifications can be opened or dismissed straight from the Lock screen of your phone.
