Solution
If you’re having trouble accessing your mobile data on your LG G5, here are a couple things you can try to fix the issue:

- Power off your device completely, then power it back on.

- Make sure you have a network connection (if you have No Service click here).

- Go to Settings > Mobile Data and make sure Mobile data is checked ☑ and there is no data limit blocking you.

- Go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Access point names and make sure you have the proper APN settings setup (If you’re unsure what your APN settings should be, simply perform a google search for your Carrier’s APN settings).

- If you’ve verified and made sure you have the proper APN settings setup, you can try resetting your network settings:
- Go to Settings > Backup & Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Tap on Reset Settings. Note: This will erase saved Wi-Fi passwords.
- Reboot your device and test.
- Go to Settings > Backup & Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- If you’ve verified and made sure you have the proper APN settings setup, you can try resetting your network settings:

- If none of the steps above worked, try contacting your network provider to make sure you have mobile data enabled in your account and you are properly setup for its use.
- If all else fails, perform a factory reset of your LG G5.
