Here’s how you can activate your Voice-to-text feature on iPhone 8, or clear any issues that might be causing it to stop working.

If you simply wish to enable the voice-to-text feature on your iPhone 8, you can skip this part. If you’re having issues using the Voice-to-text function on your iPhone 8, here’s what you can do:

  • Go to Settings > General > Siri and turn Siri OFF.
  • Perform a Soft Reset of your iPhone 8 by performing the following:
    • Press and release the Volume Up button, then press and release the Volume Down button, then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
