  1. To get started, open the Settings app by tapping on the gear icon from the Apps tray of the phone.

To access the Apps tray, just swipe your finger up from the bottom of the Home screen.

  2. While in the Settings app menu, scroll to find and then tap Display.

Doing so opens another menu with display-related options and features.

  3. Find and then tap Lock Screen from the given options to proceed.

Another menu launches with a new set of features to customize your phone’s lock screen display and information.

  4. In the Lock screen menu, tap Privacy under What to show section.

The Privacy pop-up menu will load up next.

  5. Here, you will see three main options as to how you would like notification content to be displayed on the lock screen of your device. By default, it is set to show all notification content.

To hide lock screen notification content, tap to select Don’t show notifications at all from the given options.
