This post will cover both Android and iOS. But take note that only the phone with iOS 13 and Android 10 have the dark mode, and you must have the latest version of Instagram running on your phone.

Questions and Answers
At this point, we would like to answer the questions some users have been asking about such a feature.
Instagram supports dark mode but it doesn’t have a switch or setting you can toggle on and off. Instead, it relies solely on the device’s capability and features. If your phone runs on Android 10 or iOS 13, then you can enjoy using Instagram with a high contrast color scheme once you enable the native dark mode feature on your device.
Update your A50 to the latest version and you should see under display settings that it has a Night Mode feature. That’s the same as the dark mode on other devices. Enable that feature and then launch Instagram again and you should see the app adapts to the new color scheme.
No. A dark theme is different from the dark mode. For sure the interface will become darker but the apps don’t recognize it as dark mode so you will still have to use the usual Instagram interface.
That’s it for now, guys!
