Workaround

If you have a blue box moving around all over your screen on your iPhone X and can’t remove it, that is because you accidentally turned on the “VoiceOver” feature on iOS.

Here is how you can turn it off:

  • Go into Settings > General > Accessibility.
  • Tap on VoiceOver and then tap on it again to turn it OFF.

To learn more about configuring Accessibility features you read the following Apple Help article: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT5018.

If your iPhone is still showing a blue box even if the “VoiceOver” feature is already turned off, contact Apple Support for further assistance and recommendations. You can also visit their store for a technician to assess your device.
