If you’re ever having trouble getting service on your iPhone, have issues with your mobile data, have your iPhone stuck on “Searching” and can’t connect to the network, then a good thing to try is to reset your network settings.
Note: This will not erase anything on the iPhone. It will however remove your saved Wi-Fi passwords so you will have to reconnect to your Wi-Fi connections.
- Go to Settings > General
- Touch Reset
- Touch Reset Network Settings
- Confirm by tapping Reset Network Settings again
You will then see the Apple logo and your phone will restart and try to reconnect to the network
