If you have “No Service” on your Samsung Galaxy smartphone, here are a couple things you can try to fix this issue and reconnect to the network:
- Turn off your smartphone. Open the back and pull the battery and sim card out. Wipe the Sim card with a clean dry cloth and insert them back, then power on your device.
- Go to Settings > Mobile Networks and tap on Network Mode.
Select the top auto-connect option (HSPA/WCDMA/LTE)
Then select Network operators and tap Search networks.
Once the search is complete, select your Carrier.
- If you are getting a SIM error or are unable to connect to your Carrier, contact your network provider.
